EMR
An electronic medical record (EMR) is a digital version of a paper chart that contains all of a patient’s medical history from one practice. The information stored in EMRs is not easily shared with providers outside of a practice.
Appointment Schedule
This is the service that helps to schedule appointments in user’s calendar that do not involve inviting other people or reserving resources. This will enable one to schedule recurring appointments, view appointments by day, week, or month, and set reminders for all the scheduled appointments.
Cancellation of Appointment
If you cannot make your appointment, you can send a request to cancel the appointment. The cancellation should be aligned with the cancellation policies which in practice.
PED Balance
An employer deposits certain monies with SGPGIMS towards hospitalization expenses for his/her employee (s). When an employee gets admitted, his/her employer formally writes to SGPGIMS about the maximum amount that can be utilized by SGPGIMS from the employer’s Patient Employer Deposit (PED) towards medical expenses for that employee.
PAS
This is the record of all the Patient Accounts Statements (PAS) which will answer all billing questions and concerns, requests for itemized bills, and account balance inquiries. The digitized patient accounts department also assists patients to record and view their insurance benefits for services rendered.

Our System helps to view the maintained records of money that is exchanged electronically ie, When you make a payment over the internet, you are accepting an online payment and that will be stored in our system.
Investigation Reports Prints
This service enables you to view the recorded investigation reports. A detailed report will contain all the vitals and basic health information. The consolidated reports can be generated in a printable format.
Verified Receipts
A verified receipt is a written acknowledgment that a specified article or sum of money has been received. A receipt records the purchase of goods or service. It is not the same as an invoice. This service enables to view the recorded purchase of goods and services.
